Formation of village level fishermen groups, formation of MACS with more than 1200 fishermen. Provided income generation schemes to women, youth. Organized skill trainings for adolescent girls and disabled youth in 5 different trades like tailoring, Bathic printing, electrician course, carpentry and oil engine repair. Established village level collection centers to market the fish catch in the villages. Constructed platforms in 6 villages to dry the fish which is needed for the fishermen. Established 4 FPO,s (Former Producer Organizations in order to make them self sufficient by providing trainings in marketing techniques and to start marketing activity through
established FPOs. There are members ranging from 200 to 500 in each FPO.
