SNEHA has been implementing skill development for the Adolescent girls,
women and youth in multiple trades like, tailoring, Embroidery, bathic painting, candle making, carpentry, cell phone repair and electrical wiring and repair. CARE India and NABARD has supported for these programmes during the year s 2005-2007 and 2015 -2017. Now SNEHA is providing trainings for the school and college dropout girls in rural areas. These are the short term courses ranging from one month to 6 months. So far we provided trainings for 900 Girls, Boys and women.
